Refund policy

RETOURS & EXCHANGES
If the items you have purchased are no longer suitable, you can return them for a refund.

If the product is defective or an error has occurred in your order, you may return the product for a refund or exchange. The product must be returned within 15 days of delivery of your order. 

Items purchased during promotions are final sales and cannot be refunded.

DEADLINE
Products must be returned to Passion chasse et pêche within 15 days of receipt of your order.

CONDITION OF PRODUCTS
Products must be returned in new condition. Products must not have been used.

If the products are not returned in a suitable condition, as judged by our team, they will be returned to you at your expense.

REFUND

All refunds are made according to the original payment method. Please note thatthere may be a delay of up to 10 working days before the refundappears on your bank statement.

DELIVERY COSTS FOR RETURNS
Delivery costs for the return of a product are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error has occurred in your order.

The product must be accompanied by the invoice and returned to the following address:

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transport.
